The 2010 Football Bundaberg’s Festival of Football will be held over five days, from 4^th - 7^th July. The Festival of Football is open to only club teams, catering for Under 12, 13, and 14 boys. Note that the playing of females in male teams is permissible. Players can play one age up only and only play for one team in the tournament

The Festival of Football tournament will be played in a random selection round-robin format for the preliminary rounds. The Aim is to have 12 teams per age group making 2 groups of 6 teams given each team a minimum of 5 preliminary round games.

Teams will then be placed (based on where their finish in the group preliminary rounds stage) in to the Champions Cup, Plate Competition or Bowl Competition (based on number of teams entered).

The ball is oblivious to the race -creed or colour of the person who is kicking it. Also it is not aware of the gender of the person kicking it. It doesn’t know if you are a professional an amateur or an athlete with disabilities. But what it does do is this: THE BALL, THIS LITTLE PIECE OF LEATHER, BRINGS US ALL TOGETHER AND BRINGS WITH IT GREAT JOY AND DREAMS FOR ALL.
